Do you accept insurance?
I am Out-of-Network with all insurance companies. I provide all of my client’s with a monthly superbill, which you are welcome to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Here are questions to ask your provider regarding out of network benefits:
how much does my insurance pay for an Out-of-Network therapy session?
what are my mental health benefits?
is approval required from my primary care physician?
do I have a deductible? If so, have I met it yet?
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, HSA accounts, and cash.
If you can’t make it to your scheduled session, please let me know at least 72 hours in advance. For late cancels and no-shows, the full session fee may be charged.
